• Admissions applications. Your name, email address, your answers to the admissions questionnaire, and the photographs you upload as part of your application.
• The contact form. Your name, email address, the inquiry type you select and the message you write.
• Saved application drafts. While you complete an application, your answers are saved locally in your own browser so you can return to them. Draft answers stay on your device until you submit the application or clear your browser storage.

How We Use It

Admissions information is used to review your application and to communicate with you about it. Contact form submissions are used to answer your inquiry. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell personal information.

Admissions Photographs

Photographs submitted with an application are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible and not indexed by search engines. They are used solely for admissions review by authorised staff. We do not publish, display or share your photographs publicly, in marketing, or with third parties without asking you separately for permission.

Service Providers

This website is operated with the help of infrastructure providers who host the site, its database and its file storage on our behalf. They process information only to provide those services to us.

Security

Application records and contact submissions are stored with access controls that prevent public reading. Uploads are restricted by file type and size. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of what you share.

Retention

We keep admissions records and contact submissions for as long as needed to review your application, respond to you and maintain our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your Choices and Requests

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also clear a saved draft at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site. To make a request, use the contact form and select the relevant inquiry type.

Age Requirement

This website and its programs are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice as the university's services change — for example, when payments or the student campus launch. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
