About Soft Life U
What is Soft Life U?
Soft Life U is a community of women focused on confidence, etiquette, self development and lifestyle refinement to meet successful & generous partners. It is a structured education platform: seven schools, a 26-week certification program, live and private events, and — after graduation — Society Standard.
Is Soft Life U a dating app?
No. Soft Life U is an education platform first. Matchmaking through Society Standard is an outcome of the journey, not the product itself, and it only opens after conferral (or through approved Soft Life Privé).
Is Soft Life U an accredited university?
No. Soft Life U is a lifestyle-education platform and does not award college credit or accredited academic degrees. Conferral is recognition of completing the Soft Life U program.
What does the brand promise mean?
“The education behind the life.” Everything here is built to teach the skills — confidence, class, culture and connection — that the life you want actually requires.
Admissions & Eligibility
Who can apply?
Women who are ready to do the work. Admission is by application and review, not instant signup — we read every profile before offering a place.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be 18 or older, and you confirm your age as part of the application.
What does the application involve?
A detailed profile: your background and intentions, a current photo, a required LinkedIn profile URL, and identity verification. Your application cannot be submitted until those required items are complete.
Why is a LinkedIn profile required?
It is part of how we keep the community real and verified. A valid LinkedIn profile URL is required on both the women's application and the Gentlemen's Registry application.
Can I save my application and finish later?
Yes. Your answers are saved as you go and you can return with Save for Later. Photos and uploads must be re-added if you start a new session.
26-Week Program & Curriculum
How long is the program?
The certification program runs 26 weeks, week by week, beginning with two weeks of guided reflection and foundation work before your first course.
Do I have to complete all 26 weeks?
Yes, to graduate. Conferral — and everything conferral unlocks — requires completing the full program, its assessments and its capstone work.
Is it self-paced?
The learning is self-paced within the weekly structure. There are no set class times; weeks release in order so the work builds properly.
What is in the curriculum?
Seven Schools — Personal Development, Image, Etiquette & Protocol, Communication, Relationships, Lifestyle and Wealth — spanning 43 courses, 243 modules, 1,069 lessons and 230+ hours.
What happens after graduation?
You are conferred as an alumna. Conferral unlocks the alumna path: Society Standard, private matchmaking events and curated introductions with vetted, relationship-minded gentlemen.
Memberships & Pricing
What does Soft Life Entry Level include?
$9.99 per month. The first Welcome lesson, daily Soft Life tips, the private Discord and the Rewards Program. Course access at this level is the Welcome lesson only — the full catalogue opens at Soft Life All Access.
What does Soft Life All Access include?
$49.99 per month, or $479.90 per year. The full curriculum, weekly webinars, weekly private events and selected live events. It also includes everything in Soft Life Entry Level, plus the crest handkerchief and T-shirt.
What does Soft Life VIP include?
$99.99 per month, or $899.88 per year. Everything in All Access, plus private group chats, limited matches and exclusive live events. It includes everything in Soft Life All Access, plus the crest handkerchief, T-shirt and sweatshirt.
What merch is included with each membership?
Soft Life Entry Level includes the crest handkerchief. Soft Life All Access adds the T-shirt. Soft Life VIP adds the sweatshirt. Soft Life Privé includes all merch, including the hat, handkerchief, T-shirt and sweatshirt.
Is the Rewards Program extra?
No. The Soft Life U Rewards Program is included with every paid membership level at no extra fee. See the Rewards page for the categories you can search and redeem.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to a higher membership level at any time, and your access updates with it.
Events & Community
What events can members attend?
Soft Life All Access includes weekly webinars, weekly private events and selected live events. Soft Life VIP adds private group chats and exclusive live events.
Which events are graduate-only?
Private matchmaking events, curated introductions and Society Standard gatherings are reserved for conferred graduates (and approved Privé members).
Are there private and live events?
Yes — weekly private events and selected live events sit inside membership, and a separate calendar of graduate events opens after conferral.
Is there a community space?
Yes. The private Discord is included from Entry Level, and the in-app Community experience grows with your membership level.
Matchmaking & Society Standard
When does matchmaking begin?
After conferral. Society Standard — the members-only app, private events and curated introductions — opens once you have graduated and passed vetting.
Are matches guaranteed?
No. Eligibility and vetting make you eligible for introductions; no outcome is promised.
Are men vetted separately?
Yes. Men apply to the Gentlemen's Registry on their own terms, with their own verification, LinkedIn requirement and approval process. They are never students.
Do I get matches at VIP?
Soft Life VIP includes limited matches alongside private group chats and exclusive live events; full Society Standard introductions still follow the conferral rule.
Soft Life Privé
What makes Privé different?
Level Four — Application Only. Skips the curriculum, with immediate matchmaking and 1-on-1 support after approval. It also includes 1-on-1 support and all merch.
Can Privé begin matchmaking immediately?
Privé skips the curriculum requirement, so the matchmaking search begins immediately after onboarding, vetting and approval — not before.
What does Privé cost?
$3,000 one-time enrollment plus $499.99 per month. The annual recurring amount is $3,599.93; the enrollment fee is not discounted.
Is Privé open to everyone?
No. Privé is application-only and requires approval before enrollment.
Gentlemen's Registry
What is the Gentlemen's Registry?
A separate, vetted registry of relationship-minded gentlemen who apply, verify their identity and are approved before any introduction is ever considered.
What does it cost for men to join?
A one-time $1,000 join fee and $100 per month, after verification and approval. That is $1,000 to join and $100 per month.
Can men take the curriculum?
No. The Registry is not a student membership. Men do not enroll in the Seven Schools or the 26-week program.
Do Registry members see student profiles?
No. There is no open browsing. Introductions are curated and only involve conferred graduates or approved Privé members.
Payments, Billing & Cancellations
How does annual billing work?
Soft Life All Access and Soft Life VIP offer an annual option — $479.90 and $899.88 respectively — billed once for the year. Soft Life Entry Level is monthly only.
How do cancellations work?
Memberships are recurring and you can cancel to stop future billing; access continues through the period you have already paid for. One-time fees, including Privé enrollment, are not prorated.
Is there a free trial?
No. Soft Life Entry Level at $9.99 per month is the lowest-commitment way in.
What if I need to change my plan mid-term?
Upgrades apply going forward. If you have questions about timing or a specific charge, contact us and we will walk through it with you.
Account, Access & Support
How do I get help with my account?
Use the Contact page and include the email on your account. We answer account, billing, admissions and access questions there.
I paid but a course is still locked. Why?
Course access follows your membership level and your week in the program. Soft Life Entry Level includes the Welcome lesson only, and weeks release in order at higher levels.
Can I change my email or password?
Yes — from your student Settings, with password reset available from the sign-in screen.
Is my information private?
Your application, journal entries and profile details are private to you and the admissions team. Nothing you write in your journal is shared with other members.
